Terms & Conditions

  • All the training to the VE will be solely provided by the business owners using the virtual employee.
  • 101 Support will only assign a suitable VE for client’s particular task/service or a dedicated monthly employee depending on the package chosen. All the essential information and instruction related to the task are to be provided by the client to our VE.
  • The service fees/charge will be deducted on monthly basis from the client’s account whose details should be submitted to 101 Support upon the contract being signed. In this regard, the client will be getting a proper invoice against each fee-transaction.
  • Both our VE and the client will be completely refrained from using any sort of slang or bad language to each other during the entire course of service and conversation.
  • During service, 101 Support will take utmost care of privacy and security but we do not take any responsibility of breach due to employee, client or system fault.
  • Any information collected from the client for the purpose of Virtual Assistance will be securely kept confidential and shall not be used otherwise.
  • During the course of service, 101 Support will take up the responsibility of any legal issue (if occurs from 101 Support’ side). However, if any legal problem arises from Client-VE’s personal/external engagements (beyond the knowledge of 101 Support), 101 Support will bear absolutely NO liability.
  • There will be a mandatory day off in every month for the VE.
  • Any software during the course of service, if needed, should be provided by the client.
  • If an engaged VE is off duty due to sickness or any other unprecedented reason, the client will be provided with a prompt replacement.
