We understand business and know exactly how a VE can greatly help businesses grow and flourish with abundance. Based on your custom business requirements we screen resumes and candidates on the basis of their background, qualifications, and skill set.

As the Hiring process commences, we shortlist potential VEs from hundreds of people who go through a telephonic interview followed by a language and quantitative aptitude test. The candidates clearing these go on for the 1st round of face to face interviews followed by a thorough reference checking.

After the second round of face to face interviews, we arrange for a video call with the final 3 shortlisted VEs for you to inspect and interrogate. Once the candidate clears the 2nd round selection process, salary structure and work profile are discussed. Finally, the start date is discussed.

Once you fix a date, work begins.

As you brief and train them on how to take and deliver on instructions, they understand your work and fit themselves into your work culture, block by block.
